    ① For soft materials, difficult chip removal, and a large amount of aluminum oxide produced during processing, it is easy to stick to the molybdenum wire, so that a groove will be made where the molybdenum wire contacts the feeder block. Then the groove will be squeezed when the soft aluminum and hard abrasive particles are mixed together, and the wire will also be broken. These three factors cause the wire breakage of aluminum parts by wire cutting. We can solve this problem by adjusting the position of the conductive blocks of the upper and lower wire racks, so as to prevent the worn grooves of the conductive blocks from causing the low efficiency caused by the broken wires.

    ②In the process of CNC wire cutting, a large number of workpiece materials are cut, which breaks the principle of relatively balanced stress distribution without external influence for a period of time. In addition, the workpiece will deform as time goes by. We need to de stress before cutting, so that large stress deformation will not occur during cutting. It is also possible to use the method of piercing holes to maintain the closeness of the blank contour and minimize the stress and deformation during processing.

We can set different wire cutting parameters according to different thicknesses.Select the appropriate discharge gap according to the thickness of the workpiece. The discharge gap cannot be too large or too small. If it is too small, it is easy to short circuit. If it is too large, it will affect the processing speed; It is also necessary to maintain the cleanliness of the coolant and replace it with a new coolant in time.

    First of all, it is the unstable condition of the EDM drill. ① We should check whether it is caused by the poor quality of the electrode. If so, the electrode should be replaced in time; ② Check whether the workpiece and electrode are clamped reliably; ③ When machining deep holes, check whether it is caused by the fault of the electrode front end in case of normal short circuit fallback; ④ Regularly check whether the paying off wire is connected reliably; ⑤ If the front end of the electrode is not straight, change the direction of the electrode. If the center hole is not concentric with the guide, adjust the concentricity again with an adjusting mandrel; ⑥ At the same time, it is also necessary to check whether the liquid outlet of the electrode is skewed. If the liquid outlet is not straight, it will also cause unstable processing.

    Then, it is the case that the machining speed of the EDM drill is low.① We need to check whether the flushing fluid is strong and smooth; ② Check whether the working pressure is normal, even if it is too high or too low, it should be adjusted to about 7MPA; ③ The key point is to check whether the parameter settings are normal.
