Additional new features that were introduced in this expansion WOTLK Gold include Island Expeditions, where three players cooperatively take on different challenges on an islands. WoW Update To Overhaul Leveling To Let You Play Expansions, Zones In Any Order World of Warcraft 's Legion expansion made a huge overhaul to the way that the game's leveling system was implemented by allowing players to select which order they want to go through the various zones. During an WoW presentation during BlizzCon, Blizzard revealed it plans to expand this to all of WoW, allowing you to have far more flexibility with how you proceed with leveling.
There will be some differences from what they did in Legion, as zones will be able to have a range of levels. This will ensure that you don't over-level an area you'd like to tell the full story in, but it also means that you won't be able to go back to the beginning area once you hit the level cap and find yourself struggling against an wolf pack. This will also permit you to choose the order that you go through expansions.
For instance the expansions Outland and Northrend will increase in difficulty from levels 60-80. So, you don't necessarily be required to explore Burning Crusade content once you reach a level of 58 or more. In addition, all of these scaling options will be available to dungeons and rewards in order to ensure that you are able to do what you want and not be penalized.
World of Warcraft - Battle for Azeroth Features Overview Blizzard talked a lot today about the new Battle for Azeroth expansion. The changes to the leveling system will not be directly tied to it, but instead they'll arrive in the 7.3.5 update. This patch will release on the PTR within the next couple of weeks.
