What's the Level Cap at Phantasy Star Online 2?

  • Currently, the level cap in the official Western release of Phantasy Star Online 2 Meseta is level 90 at Episode 5's September 30 release - that is something of a middle ground between the first Japanese level cap, and the present level cap in that variant, which is 95. Once you hit it, evolution shifts over to stressing things like enhancing your weapon and units, build and subclass, angling your character to be optimized to the endgame. Especially, leveling up an addittional time can make you a Class Ex-Cube, that could be traded in the swap shop, or contributed to your class NPC (such as Marlu such as Forces and Techters) for added Skill Points. A bit more on that below...

In Phantasy Star Online 2, a major part of your personality is the choice of subclass: a secondary class chosen from the player to grow your ability set and encourage the play-style of your favorite main class. Your subclass will unlock a second skill shrub and photon arts set, hugely opening up your abilities if you can put your hands on the necessary weapons. It also bequeaths your personality some handy stat bonuses depending on the chosen subclass. To get into the Subclass, you'll want to reach level 20 with almost any main course and earn the Sub Class Permit by finishing the Sub Class Permit Trial Client Order with Officer Cofy, who is just to the best of Rebecca, the main Quest clerk.

Your chosen subclass will level up with experience and pursuit completion, making 10 percent of your total EXP. You can, naturally, level your subclass farther in the event that you wish: but you'll have to switch it to your primary course to achieve that. You can do this at the Class Consultant NPC located in the Gate Area 1st Floor. Should you do this, that class can then be leveled up all of the way to that cap (currently 80) - but as a subclass, the most level is currently 60.

Nowadays you don't need to do these one by one. In reality, there is a system in place to take multiple customer orders simultaneously. As soon as you pick a specific Quest from Rebecca/Anneliese in the Quest Counter, you can pick Client Orders in the globe icon in the menu, followed closely by'Orders That Can Be Accept in the Fields of Ongoing Quests' (phew) to produce a listing of all the available Client Orders that can be completed in your destination. You can include Client Orders any moment between accepting a quest and heading to the Gateway Ship.

Finally, whenever you hear the notification for an upcoming Urgent Quest, you should put aside what you are doing and execute it for the duration it is available. Not only are they often unique boss battles you can not do outside of their Urgent Quest window, but frequently also have a chance for exceptional drops, and a lot of Experience. Not all Urgent Quests are created equal, but can you buy meseta on pso2 for the most part, they're readily worth doing.
